On December 3, 2019, Yayasan Pelita Kasih Masarang (YPKM) was established with the primary goal of bringing positive change to society, particularly in the areas of spirituality, education, social welfare, and community empowerment. Located in Tondano, Minahasa, North Sulawesi, Indonesia, the foundation was born out of a vision to radiate the love of Christ, create meaningful impact, and continually raise strong leaders individuals of noble character, independence, creativity, and high integrity through various love-driven programs and initiatives focused on spiritual and human resource development. Since its inception, the foundation has remained committed to building a better environment by providing access to education, resources for all generations including underprivileged children, offering social assistance to families in need, and developing training and economic empowerment programs for surrounding communities. The core principles upheld by Yayasan Pelita Kasih Masarang (YPKM) are inclusivity, sustainability, and love in every step of its service. Over time, the foundation has continued to grow, expanding its reach and impact. From humble beginnings, its programs have evolved to include a mission school, youth communities, skill development for young people, educational scholarships, and health initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for the local population.Support from both local and international partners has enabled the foundation to grow and serve even more people, touching lives and transforming communities through love in action.
